I have sold a large amount of REO properties over the past 5 years. No one property is the same - They all have unique characteristics and maintenance issues.  Many times it is a $ 5.00 plumbing part that fails resulting in thousands of dollars of damages..I have learned to anticipate issues before they arise and have created an REO Tool box - or Survival Kit that is a must have.
